Physical and emotional pain, high and low blood pressure, anxiety, allergies, back pain, digestive problems, stress, heart problems, fears and phobias, stroke, diabetes, lack of coordination, behavioural problems, lack of confidence, post traumatic stress disorder, trauma, circulation problems, sinus, hearing and throat problems, injuries including sports injuries. The therapies that I use are able to help in most health problems.

Although I am based in Reading, UK, treatments can be carried out on a person anywhere in the world, EFT treatments can be done over the phone and Pranic Healing by Distance Healing.

My training, work experience and any achievement

My own health challenges led me to the fascinating world of "natural medicine" and I have been in the field of Alternative/Complementary Therapies for over 10 years with a wide knowledge in this field.

I have always tried to learn the most effective techniques to help my clients and this has led me to study and learn many systems and techniques including Reiki, Radionics, ACMOS, BodyTalk, The Yuen Method, NST (based on Bowen Therapy) Allergy Antidotes, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Pranic Healing. I am currently learning Qi Gong, especially its medical aspects.

My treatments are gentle and noninvasive and improvements are often apparent in a few sessions.

I specialise in pain reduction, blood pressure management, emotional problems, headache, fears and phobias, anxiety, stress reduction sports injuries and performance.
